Your Instructor

Naomi Crain

Naomi is a life coach to people living with chronic pain. She's a trained counsellor and loves to help women find lives they love living, through meditation, reiki, coaching and learning love-based living skills. Her ability to infuse her meditations with deep relaxation and peace mean she's a great meditation coach for those living with bodies in chronic pain.
